ShipServ Deals is the natural next step for the world's leading maritime e-commerce provider. ShipServ Deals is “the site” where buyers access, and browse for, attractive promotions and best deals of maritime brands, products and services. It’s a new and exciting way to buy and sell maritime products, services and brands online.
Our many years in maritime e-commerce have taught us the mechanics of maritime purchasing. Our aim is to help reputable Sellers to bring reputable brands to the Buyer community.
How Does it Work?
In line with our philosophy of the last ten years, we are helping suppliers reach the maritime buying community, this time through great promotions. ShipServ is not selling the goods directly - we work closely with the best Sellers in the market to devise attractive Deals that are offered by them on ShipServ Deals for a short time frame period of 2-8 weeks.
It is up to the Buyer to act on Deals quickly, buy and pay. Every week, ShipServ Deals will feature a new Deal. The items sold may vary from introductory products, mandatory products, consumable items and a variety of different maritime services.
ShipServ Deals will be the exclusive and first ever online maritime buying destination for the shipping industry.

Appendix A: ShipServ Deals - Buyer Terms for Goods
A. These Terms apply to the sale of the goods by the “Seller” to the buyer (“You”) all of which are
identified in the respective boxes above.
B. The sale of the goods is subject to the Seller’s terms and conditions, which can be found
through the hyperlink in the Deal page marked “Seller’s Terms & Conditions”. It is important that
You read these. Clauses C to F below apply only to ShipServ’s role in the sale. ShipServ has no
responsibility whatsoever for the quality of the goods or, other than as set out below, the delivery of them.
C. ShipServ (CI) Ltd. (Incorporated in the Cayman Islands with limited liability: registration number
100071) with correspondence address 21st Floor, Fairmont House, 8 Cotton Tree Drive, Hong Kong
(“ShipServ”) acts only as agent on behalf of the Seller and its sole responsibility to You is to receive and
clear the funds payable by You as set out below.
D. The funds payable by You will be released to the Seller as follows:
1. You will pay the funds to ShipServ Deals Account on confirmation of Your order by ShipServ. No
interest will be earned on the monies.
2. On receipt of the funds ShipServ will instruct the Seller to deliver the goods to You.
3. If the delivery of the goods is arranged by the Seller, it will send ShipServ a copy of the delivery
notice signed by You or otherwise confirm delivery. If delivery is arranged by You, the Seller will
confirm to ShipServ pick-up by Your carrier and You will confirm delivery to You by email to
shipservdeals@shipserv.com.
4. Subject to paragraphs 5 and 6, the funds will be released by ShipServ to the Seller 7 days after
confirmed delivery and ShipServ’s responsibilities to You will terminate. If delivery is arranged by
You and no confirmation or reasonable explanation is received by ShipServ within 28 days of
pick-up from the Seller, You will have be deemed to have confirmed delivery as at the 28th day for
the purposes of these paragraphs.
5. If the goods are not delivered in good condition (e.g. because they are damaged or short
delivered), You must immediately, and no later than 7 days from delivery, send the Seller and
ShipServ an email setting out the details and, if possible a photograph(s). In such case or if the
goods do not arrive, the Seller will agree with You the appropriate action and ShipServ will not
release the funds to the Seller until the goods have either been replaced or a refund agreed.
6. (a) Otherwise if You wish to return the goods, You have 7 days from the confirmed date of
delivery to send the Seller and ShipServ an email stating that You wish to return the goods, giving
a valid reason for doing so.
(b) If the Seller accepts Your reason for returning the goods, it will arrange the return carriage and
insurance. On confirmation by the Seller that it has received the goods in good order, ShipServ
will refund the purchase price net of the delivery and return carriage and insurance costs.
E. ShipServ is only a party to the sale of the goods to the extent set out above and, in the event of any
dispute or proceedings (whether civil or criminal) regarding such sale between You and the Seller or any
other third party (including any government authority), You will defend, protect and indemnify ShipServ,
its agents, contractors, officers, directors and employees from any and all liability, claims, damages, fines
and costs, including reasonable legal expenses, arising out of or in any way connected with such dispute,
except to the extent that ShipServ is in breach of its obligations.
F. These Terms are subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
